Orders from web-site are accepted 24 hours a day

Orders by phone are accepted on weekdays 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm Moscow time. Thai time - 3 hours ahead.

MAKING ORDER VIA WEB-SITE

Choose the item of your interest in the catalog:

1. Click on the required section using the left navigation menu “Catalog”
2. Choose the item of your interest specifying the size and the amount, then click on “Add to basket”.

• The chosen items get into “Order basket”.
• In the frame above the link “Add to basket”, the amount of product items is shown in each item’s box which were put in the basket. (Their amount is also shown in the basket located in the top left navigation menu.)

Complete and submit application form:

1. Go to the page “My basket” by clicking on “In cart” at any item’s box, on the basket icon in top right corner of web-pages or on the "Orders" key in main menu.
2. Register or log in using your login and password by clicking on “Checkout”
3. In the field “Your comments” you have a chance to leave a message for us. For example, if you want to replace gems of your item with other in our selection. You would have to indicate the number of an item and the gems which you would like to replace.
4. By clicking on “Continue” you will be forwarded to page “Payment method” where you will be asked to choose your means of payment and to confirm your order by clicking on “Confirm order”.

After receiving an order  our manager will personally contact you within 24-hour period by e-mail to confirm order.

You will receive information about time of preparation and delivery of your order and about different means of payment. Besides you can ask manager any questions concerning the matter.

Application receiving confirmation will also be sent to the your e-mail.

DELIVERY

Delivery of items ordered at LoveWthUs.com is done:

1. By international delivery companies certified to deliver jewelry goods, DHL and FedEx. The ordered items are handed to the customer personally.
2. By means of regular postal service as a parcel.

The precise information about dates and cost of delivery will be sent to you within 24-hour period after submission of your application.
